Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on destination. International shipments may require additional time due to customs processing.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
While we work diligently, shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once entrusted to the carrier.
What about customs duties or import fees?
For international orders, applicable duties or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate and performance nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Are grip socks eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety standards, grip socks are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I report a defect?
