At ÉLORA, we are committed to processing and dispatching each order with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms applicable to the processing, shipment, and delivery of products purchased through elorapilates.store.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms described herein.

Order Processing

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays. During periods of high demand, product launches, special promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment and, when available, the corresponding tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times generally range from five (5) to ten (10) business days following dispatch. However, these timeframes may vary depending on your geographic location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs procedures, or external logistical disruptions.

Delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute contractual guarantees.

Partial or Separate Shipments

In certain cases—particularly for large orders, multiple items, or products stored in different fulfillment locations—your order may be shipped in separate packages.

This means you may receive your purchase in multiple deliveries and on different dates. No additional shipping charges will apply for separate shipments when they are required for internal operational reasons.

Transfer of Risk

Once the order is delivered to the corresponding shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. From that moment forward, logistical responsibility rests with the carrier.

ÉLORA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs holds or inspections, lost or stolen packages after dispatch, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend verifying all shipping information before completing your purchase.

International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges required under the laws of the destination country.

ÉLORA does not control and cannot predict these additional costs, which vary by jurisdiction.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempts

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or due to multiple failed delivery attempts, any reshipment will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Products Damaged in Transit

If an order arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence by contacting info@elorapilates.store

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution.

Force Majeure

ÉLORA shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, governmental actions, or technical failures.
