At ÉLORA, we value quality, thoughtful design, and a seamless customer experience. This Return Policy outlines the conditions that apply to purchases made through elorapilates.store.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene considerations, consumer safety, and logistical costs associated with certain products, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • Grip socks
  • Pilates rings
  • Mats
  • Water bottles
  • Kits or bundled sets including multiple items

These categories cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing preference, or personal preference.

2. Eligible Return Items

Products not listed above may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

All returned items must be in a condition suitable for immediate resale. Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Your email should include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

If the return is preliminarily approved, you will receive the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping the product using a traceable carrier.
  • Covering all return shipping costs.
  • Ensuring the product during transit.

We recommend retaining shipping confirmation until receipt is acknowledged.

4. Inspection & Processing

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Once the item is received at our facility, please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for review and processing. This timeframe allows us to verify that the returned item meets the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.

If the return is approved, the customer may choose between:

  • Refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit.

If the original purchase included a promotional code or discount, the refund or store credit amount will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Eligible Returns

If the returned item does not meet the required conditions:

  • A refund or store credit cannot be approved.
  • The customer may request that the item be shipped back at their own expense.
  • If no response is received within ten (10) days of notification, the item may be considered unclaimed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Claims submitted within this timeframe may be eligible for refund or replacement upon verification.
