ÉLORA offers a selection of physical products, including but not limited to Pilates accessories, activewear, grip socks, bottles, mat bags, and lifestyle accessories.

All products are subject to availability.

We may, from time to time, update or modify product offerings, adjust pricing, limit quantities per customer, discontinue items, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

In the event of pricing inaccuracies — whether due to technical issues or typographical errors — we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders, including those for which payment has already been processed.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or details will appear identically across all screens and devices.

4. Pricing, Errors, and Payment

All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment processors. ÉLORA does not store complete card information or sensitive credentials.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Promotional Communications

ÉLORA may offer optional subscriptions that allow you to receive updates regarding promotions, special offers, and new product launches.

These subscriptions are intended solely for marketing communications and do not provide access to digital courses, memberships, or audiovisual content.

You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

6. Order Processing and Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of increased demand, processing times may require additional time.

Estimated delivery time typically ranges from five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on the destination, carrier performance, customs procedures, and other logistical considerations.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute contractual guarantees.

Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s responsibility. However, our customer support team will be happy to assist you with any issues related to the delivery. ÉLORA is not responsible for:

• Carrier-related delays
• Customs inspections or clearance holds
• Duties, taxes, or import fees
• Packages lost or stolen after transfer to the carrier
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Events beyond our reasonable control

7. Returns Policy and Final Sale

Our Returns Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

For hygiene and logistical reasons, certain products are designated as Final Sale, including:

• Grip socks
• Pilates rings
• Mats
• Bottles
• Kits and bundled products

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Products that are not designated as Final Sale may be eligible for return if the request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the item remains in new condition — unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

All return requests must be submitted to info@elorapilates.store and are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds or store credits will be issued based on the amount actually paid, after any applicable discounts.

Claims related to damage or potential manufacturing defects must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so that we may review them promptly.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may, depending on the circumstances and following our review, be eligible for store credit only.

ÉLORA reserves the right to review and determine the final outcome of each return request in accordance with its applicable policies.

8. Assumption of Risk, Materials Disclosure, and Release of Liability

ÉLORA products are designed for general recreational and fitness purposes. As with any physical activity, their use may involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, muscle strain, falls, allergic reactions, or unforeseen equipment issues.

By purchasing or using any ÉLORA product, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to use the products responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose.

Materials Information

Our products may contain natural or synthetic textiles, elastomers, latex, silicone, rubber, foam, polyester, cotton, nylon, metal components, or plastics.

Customers are responsible for assessing any personal allergies or sensitivities prior to use. While we strive for high quality standards, ÉLORA does not represent or guarantee that its products are hypoallergenic.

Manufacturing Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, or elasticity may naturally occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Limitation of Liability

In all cases, ÉLORA’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
